1. Definition

OsteoJob Limited operates websites, job portals, and mobile applications. The terms "you," "user," and "users" refer to all individuals and entities accessing or using the Site.

2. Acceptable Site Uses

a. Specific Uses – Job Seeker / Training Seeker

Job seekers agree to use the Site lawfully and solely for employment seeking purposes. Users must protect login credentials and notify OsteoJob of unauthorised access immediately.

When applicants submit resumes, they authorise OsteoJob to store materials in its database. Job Seeker/Training Seeker may send their resume and related information directly to any Advertiser. Resumes remain active until users delete them. OsteoJob may access and edit resume content and reserves the right to reject materials deemed inaccurate, false, or illegal.

b. Prohibited Uses

• Post false or incomplete resume information
• Communicate for purposes other than recruitment
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Copy or distribute personally identifiable user information
• Delete or modify materials posted by others
• Violate system security through unauthorised access attempts
• Upload materials violating laws or containing viruses
• Use data mining tools without written consent

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All website contents are OsteoJob's intellectual property, protected by copyright and trademark law. Users may download content solely for their personal non-commercial use but cannot modify, reproduce, or redistribute materials without explicit permission.

4. Responsibility

OsteoJob does not warrant error-free operation or guarantee resumes will be viewed by specific users. The platform disclaims warranties regarding merchantability, availability of featured products or services, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

5. Own Risk

Users bear responsibility for their communications. OsteoJob reserves the right to expel users and remove inappropriate content without notice and/or consent.

6. Links to Other Websites

Third-party links are provided for convenience only. OsteoJob bears no responsibility for external website content or security.

7. Indemnity

Users must indemnify OsteoJob against all claims, actions, and damages arising from their site use or terms violations.

8. Disclaimer

OsteoJob shall not be liable for damages from site use or inability to use services, including data loss or transmission errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees received by OsteoJob regarding the specific service at issue.

10. Termination

OsteoJob may immediately terminate accounts containing inaccurate, unlawful, or indecent information without notice.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between users and OsteoJob regarding site use.

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable and replaceable with legal equivalents.

OsteoJob complies with applicable data protection laws and maintains information security programmes protecting confidentiality and integrity.
