Associate Osteopath Opportunity – Bath
GOsC Registered | Self-Employed | 50% Fee Split | Established Caseload
About The Bath Practice
The Bath Practice has been part of Bath’s healthcare community since 1978, making it one of the city’s longest-established osteopathic and multidisciplinary clinics.
Located in the heart of Bath on Monmouth Street, the practice has built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth referrals, long-standing patient relationships, and a genuinely patient-centred approach to care. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality treatment within a professional, friendly, and supportive clinical environment.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a GOsC-registered osteopath to take over an established and busy caseload currently spread across three clinical days per week.
There is immediate scope to expand to up to five clinical days, with increased availability likely to have a direct positive impact on patient base growth and earning potential.
This is not a “build-from-scratch” position. A consistent patient base is ready to transfer immediately, with ongoing new patient enquiries continuing beyond current capacity. There is also the option to gradually ease into the role if preferred.
This opportunity would suit someone looking to step into a stable, well-supported clinic with excellent long-term growth potential.
Earnings & Growth Potential
This is a self-employed position with a 50% fee split.
The existing three-day caseload currently generates approximately £60,000 per annum, providing estimated associate earnings of around £30,000 from day one, without the usual ramp-up period associated with a new role.
There is significant scope to increase earnings further through:
- Additional clinic days
- Continued new patient enquiries
- Building on existing referral networks
What We’re Looking For
- GOsC registration
- Full professional indemnity insurance
- Strong structural osteopathic skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centred care
- Additional interests in cranial, paediatric, sports, or rehabilitation work welcomed
Both new graduates and experienced osteopaths are encouraged to apply.
About the Clinic
- Central Bath location
- Excellent bus and rail connections
- Large car park approximately three minutes away
- Established multidisciplinary team environment
- Diverse patient demographic
- Cliniko and Rehab My Patient provided
- Marketing support and consistent patient flow
What We Offer Beyond the Income
- Structured one-to-one mentoring with the principal osteopath
- In-house CPD and clinical support
- Flexible scheduling around family or other commitments
- Friendly, collaborative team culture
- Supportive multidisciplinary environment with strong professional autonomy
