Job Description

We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and approachable osteopath to join our growing team and clinic on a self employed basis. The clinic is multi-faceted offering osteopathy, pilates, personal training, rehab, mummy mot, massage, reiki, reflexology, gait scan and orthotics. Located in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town in beautiful grade 2 listed barn. You can see our space at Beaconsfieldhealthhub.com You will be expected to provide the very highest standard of care to both self paying and insurance patients taking them from initial case history, assessment through to treatment, rehab and discharge. Communication and is key, and you'll build long lasting relationships with your patient base and work along side our multi-faceted teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To take professional responsibility as an Osteopath, with high level decision-making, autonomy, and clinical-reasoning skills, to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload. A highly confident, consultative approach with new clients to prescribe and plan effective treatments to deliver lasting outcomes. To attract and retain clients at excellent levels, with an exceptional active patient management approach. Building and maintaining excellent referral relationships with external partnerships (sports clubs, gym instructors, PT’s), and consultants. To continually develop as an Osteopath abiding with your CPD which should include attending external conferences and events that are beneficial to your own professional development. To communicate effectively with referring parties so that all clients receive continued and uninterrupted care. Abide by the GOsC Code of Practice. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS BSc (Hons) Osteopathy Degree Full registration with the GOsC and a clear professional record. Ability to work autonomously. Evidence of your continued professional development. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Experience in generating new business and your own client caseload. Experience of practicing in the private healthcare sector. 1+ years relevant post graduate clinical experience. Dry Needling and Sports Massage qualifications are preferable. We aim to have monthly team meet ups for CPD, that may include some sort of fitness, yoga combined with case studies and patient discussion... and pizza to fuel it.
