Job Description
Associate Osteopath — MDOsteo Morden
Self-employed | Morden SM4 | Flexible days
Are you an osteopath who wants to focus on clinical work? We've spent seven years building the support layer around the treatment room so our practitioners can do what they trained for: see patients, get results, build a book they're proud of.
About us
MDOsteo is a GOsC-registered group with three clinics across South London. Our Morden clinic has been running for three years and has an established patient base, with our flagship Wallington site (seven years) and newly opened Sutton site backing us up as a wider group. We're looking for an associate osteopath to join the Morden team.
What you'd actually be doing
Treating patients at our Morden clinic — we'll shape the days around your life
Building genuine patient relationships and treatment journeys — from getting people out of pain through to keeping them well
Working alongside experienced practitioners across the group who'll share cases, second opinions and skills
Using shockwave, gait analysis and hands-on osteopathy
What we hand you on day one
A modern practice management system (Cliniko) — no paper diaries, no admin headaches
An established patient base at Morden, with referrals from Aviva, AXA, Cigna, Vitality, WPA, Simply Health, and Health Shield
Clinical breadth — shockwave, gait scan, and sports and holistic massage give you options beyond manual therapy
Transparent commercials, paid monthly, with scope for bonuses
CPD support and a peer group of practitioners across the group to learn from and lean on
Room to grow — we're systemising for expansion, with senior and lead clinician opportunities as we open new sites
Who we're looking for
You're GOsC-registered with current professional insurance. You believe osteopathy is more than pain relief — that getting someone out of pain is the start of the work, not the end of it.
You take the time to understand what's actually going on with a patient and you build proper treatment plans: relieving the acute presentation first, then working through the underlying causes, then helping patients stay well for the long haul.
You see your role as guiding people from "in pain and worried" through to "moving well, feeling resilient, and understanding their own body" — and you're comfortable having the conversations that make that possible.
You communicate clearly with patients about what's wrong, what you can do about it, and what good looks like three, six, twelve months down the line. This is how we practise across the group, and it's the philosophy we've built our systems around. If it's how you practise too, we'll get on.
Newly qualified? We'd love to hear from you — we have experienced practitioners on hand for mentorship and we'll invest in your development.
Experienced? We'd love to hear from you too — there's real scope to shape your role and the wider business.
