Job Description
Associate Osteopath — Epsom Osteopaths
Location: Epsom Square, central Epsom, Surrey (KT19)
Hours: 2–3 shifts per week (6-hour shifts) — days flexible, including potential Saturday availability
Contract: Self-employed associate
Earnings: Competitive percentage split (details at interview)
About Us:
Epsom Osteopaths is a friendly, established clinic in the heart of Epsom, based within a thriving 2,000+ member gym. We treat a broad MSK caseload with a particular strength in low back pain and sciatica. Our clinic is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic osteopath to join a supportive, experienced team.
The Opportunity:
This isn't just another associate position — it's a genuine opportunity to build a rewarding patient list quickly, with real support behind you:
Busy clinic, ready-made patients — strong new patient flow from day one.
Full admin and reception support — focus entirely on treating, not chasing appointments or paperwork
Brilliant location — central Epsom with excellent footfall, inside an active gym community that generates consistent referrals
Marketing that works for you — your profile featured on our website, social media, and local SEO channels.
Clinical freedom — bring your own style, whether that's structural, cranial, exercise rehab, dry needling, or a blend. We value clinical individuality
Mentoring available — whether you're newly qualified or experienced, we're happy to support your professional development
Modern clinic management — we use Cliniko, so your notes, scheduling, and patient records are streamlined and efficient
Room to grow — potential to increase shifts as your list builds
Who We're Looking For:
GOsC-registered osteopath (or about to be registered)
New graduates welcome — we're happy to mentor the right person
Experienced osteopaths equally welcome if looking for part-time flexibility
Confident communicating with patients and building rapport
Genuine interest in helping people, not just treating conditions
Bonus: interest in rehabilitation, sports injuries, exercise prescription, or digital health content.
What Makes This Role Different:
Many associate positions leave you to fend for yourself. At Epsom Osteopaths, you'll step into a clinic that actively invests in your growth — from patient bookings to marketing to professional development. We want you to succeed, because when you thrive, our patients get the best care.
